Developed Spatial Data open Platform(V-world)

Vworld is a 3D map service produced under the sponsorship of the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime affairs to help use
of the information. ICTWAY fulfills development tasks by cooperating with the spatial data and 3D engine solution partners.

Real Estate Trade Management System

RTMS is the web site that provides services of the real transaction price about apartments, multiplex houses, town houses and
detached houses to the entire nation. ICTWAY performs as a developer and operator on this project.

Building Life Cycle Management System

Building Life Cycle Management System is that integration and management of historical data which is managed by each

institute and each statute of buildings over whole building life cycle(planning, design, construction, maintenance and demolition).

National/building owner(manager)/ inspectors/officers can be provided related information about building easily through that system.

National spatial data infrastructure

NSDI is integration and connection services with all spatial data by developing from public institutions. Also, it is a government
wide system. Its main aim is the practical use for administrative tasks and people’s daily life. We have been leading this project
since when it started in 2007 and now we perform as the main project operator.

Underground Facilities Integration Management System

UFIMS manages 7 Types of underground facilities such as Roads, Water, Sewer, Electricity, Heating Oil, communication and

Gas. Water and sewer are mainly managed by local government. However, Oil, heating, electricity, gas and communication

facilities are controlled by public and private institutions. ICTWAY experts performed UIS projects of more than 20 local

governments. We currently take charge of development and management of integration system of MOLIT.
